What's included
- Pet urine and feces
- Enzyme-based treatment that breaks down the source of the odor rather than masking it, followed by a full extraction clean. Pets are pets, so there is no 100% guarantee they will not re-soil the spot. If they do, we come back at no charge and try to remedy it.
- Food and drink
- Coffee, wine, juice, sauces, and the rest. Most come out completely when treated correctly. We will tell you up front if a stain has set past what cleaning can do.
- Everything else
- Ink, lipstick, makeup, grease, oil, tar, antiseptics, and protein stains each need a different approach. We carry the right one for each.

Is the pet treatment guaranteed?
We guarantee the work, not the pet. The treatment removes the odor and stain that draw an animal back, but no one can promise a dog or cat will never pick the same spot again. If it happens, call us and we will come back at no charge to try to remedy it. We explain this to every customer before we start.
