Susie has cleaned Chelan's carpets since 1999

Cascade Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning Chelan's carpets since 1990. Susie joined in 1999 and has carried it ever since. Chelan's homes and businesses needed a carpet cleaner who would show up when promised and leave a clean that lasted past the first week. That is still the whole business plan.

Susie prides herself on attention to detail and transparency. Every question gets answered before the work starts, and the day and time you agree on is the day and time the van pulls up.

Josh is the one who pulls up in the van. He does the cleaning, from carpet and upholstery to hardwood and tile, and he does it the way Susie always has: shoe covers on, furniture moved and put back, and a walk-through with you before he leaves.

You will see his work on our Facebook page most weeks. Before and afters, the equipment, and the occasional view from a job site above the lake.

Carpet came first, then the sofas and area rugs customers kept asking about. Hardwood and luxury vinyl are newer. About five years ago the Orbot floor machine came out, the first tool that could deep clean and buff wood and vinyl without harming the finish, and it went straight into the van. Today the business covers carpet, upholstery, tile, luxury vinyl, and hardwood.

We guarantee your floors and furniture will look and feel cleaner than they have in years. If something cannot be fixed by cleaning, like a scratch in a hardwood finish, you will hear that before we start, not after. And if a pet goes back to a spot we treated, we come back at no charge to try again.
