- Once a pet decides your carpet is a bathroom, the smell keeps bringing them back. Our pet treatment cleans and neutralizes urine and feces odors and stains at the source. We cannot promise a pet will never go back to the same spot, but if they do, we come back at no charge and try again.

- An odor counteractant applied to your carpet to remove stubborn organic and non-organic smells, so the house stays fresh after we leave.
- Stain protectant
- A dye-blocking barrier applied after cleaning. It guards against food and drink spills and everyday household stains so the next accident wipes up instead of soaking in.
- Spot treatment
- Targeted treatment for tough spots: food and drink, ink, lipstick, grease, oil, tar, protein stains, antiseptics, and more.
Common questions
How long does carpet take to dry?
Usually four to eight hours depending on the carpet, the weather, and how much airflow the room gets. We leave it as dry as the equipment allows.
Do I need to move furniture?
Clear small items and breakables. We work around large furniture or move lighter pieces as needed. Tell us what you want moved when you book.
Do you clean vacation rentals between guests?
Yes. Many Chelan and Manson rental owners schedule us between stays or at season turnover. Call to set up a recurring visit.
